Total annual revenues for Carleton entities exceed $100 million. Three Carleton partners, Printice L. Gary, R. David Kelly, and Neal Hildebrandt own and operate the business enterprises. Altogether, these partners have more than 50 years of experience in the real estate, finance, and construction industries. In its development business, the Carleton partners typically invest as principals aligned with other co-investment capital partners on a project specific basis. Carleton provides for the full range of financing, development and general contracting services starting with land acquisition, site and product design, through lease-up to stabilization.
Carleton has established an Equity Fund currently capitalized at $22 million for investments in multi-family real estate; and continues to source investors in its effort to increase the equity fund to the $100 million level. The firm has a long-term strategic plan to establish an affiliate as a Registered Investment Advisor providing real estate investment services to institutional clients throughout the Nation.
The Carleton partners have retained an ownership interest in some 18 properties including 3,500 units of multi-family housing with an aggregate asset value of approximately $250 million.
Carleton Residential Properties is based in Dallas, Texas and over the past fourteen (14) years, the Carleton partners, including their previous experience with the Trammell Crow Company, have developed more than 10,000 units of multi-family housing.
